I recently needed a saree for myself and a frock for my daughter for my second baby’s baptism. Since I’m in the USA, I couldn’t visit Poonolil in person, so my mom and sister helped me through video calls. The staff at Poonolil were incredibly understanding and patient. They showed me every possible option to ensure the outfits would be perfect. I was worried about choosing colors through a video call, but the final results exceeded our expectations.
